Fisher College is a private institution that grants both baccalaureate and associate degrees. Fisher is an accredited four-year college located in Boston's historic Back Bay with locations in Boston, Brockton, New Bedford, and North Attleborough. The College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Fisher College offers Bachelor's and Associate's degrees, as well as certificates. In the fall of 2011, the head count was 757 students, excluding Continuing Education enrollments. The student body is approximately 43% male, 57% female. The permanent state residencies of the students in the 2011–2012 academic year were primarily Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire.
